The Roar of the King

The Roar of the King

The God of Glory thunders His Presence. The Lion of the Tribe of Judah watches over His people. I painted the storm clouds with the lightning shooting from heaven, striking the water, and rolling up on the earth with each wave – representing God’s power and majesty illuminating sky and scattering His enemies as I was shown in my spirit. Afterward, the Lord Himself added the subtle (but intense) face of the Lion of Judah in the midst of the storm – watching over His earth. “Can you hear it? Thunder in the Distance. When we worship the Lion of Judah roars! Strongholds crumble all around us in the Presence of the Lord.” (Paul Wilber, The Shout of El Shaddai lyrics)

“He unleashes His lightning beneath the whole heaven and sends it to the ends of the earth. After that comes the sound of His roar; He thunders with His majestic voice.” Job 37:3
